** Outstanding Service!** Our waitress, Sage, made our dining experience absolutely exceptional! From the moment we sat down, her warm smile, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality stood out. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount—never rushed but always there when we needed anything. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated our meal. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful service. We’ll definitely be back, in large part because of her!

Love coming here with the missus. I usually get the 20 piece scorpion wings which are alright but could be a tad spicier. The missus usually gets the strawberry avocado chicken salad which she absolutely raves about. By far the best part about our experience is when we have the pleasure of getting Sage as our server. She always makes sure we’re well taken care of and the food is up to par.

My family and I had an amazing experience at PJ Whelihan’s in Downingtown, thanks to our wonderful server, Sage. She was incredibly sweet and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We ordered PJ’s Famous Fries and 10 of their Famous Wings, and everything tasted fantastic, it was all flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Sage’s exceptional service truly made our dinner even better. We will definitely be back!

I recently visited this PJ’s location and Abbey was my server. She greeted me right away, brought out my drinks in a timely fashion, and had my dish come out in good timing. She also made sure to check up on me and never let my drink go empty. I want to say thank you to Abbey and I will be coming back again to have her as my server! The service was just beyond amazing!

Love this place! My wife and I love coming here and sitting at the bar. The bartenders are super friendly and very attentive. Ashley especially. Food is very good especially their seasonal wings. You gotta try the firecracker wings they are phenomenal. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Great food, but even better people! Our server sage was amazing. She was a hustler and always had a smile on her face. Very customer service oriented. We got the buffalo chicken dip as we usually do, and it was just spectacular. We are regular customers to this PJ'S location. This was the first time having her.

Update: Management reached out and made things right. I really appreciate this since most businesses would not do this. Will be back soon. Very disappointed in my delivery experience at this restaurant. I was ordering with a somewhat large group (about 7 people) and we had a big order totaling more than 170 dollars. We ordered about 5 burgers, 2 steaks, and 2 orders of wings. The food took about an hour to arrive (not complaining about this) and we had to pay a significant delivery fee considering the proximity to the restaurant (only about 2 miles and a 7 dollar delivery fee), which to me seems like a lot considering some restaurants charge 1 dollar per mile. Now considering the expensive prices and fees, we were expecting a good quality meal and exceptional service. This was unfortunately the opposite of what we got. When the food arrived (delivered by DoorDash even though we ordered directly on their website), there were 2 bags and it seemed like all the food was there so we didn’t question it. However, when we went to open all the food to hand it out, we found out the restaurant did not give us the full order. We received a Reuben and an extra order of wings instead of the missing burger and steaks. We immediately called the restaurant and they said that they gave us half the correct order and half the wrong order. Apparently the best they could do to compensate was to refund the food we were missing and send a gift card (not sure if it will even arrive/what amount). They also stated that they could not deliver the order and that we would have to order the food again online if we wanted to get it. We did not want to wait another hour for the food to arrive so we chose to eat somewhere else. I was very disappointed in this experience since I paid a lot of money for the steak (25 dollars with taxes and fees) because I wanted the steak. I would have not chosen this restaurant if I knew that I would not be getting the steak. The manger did not seem to care that half of our order was missing. They should have sent it out with the next delivery driver or drove it themselves but instead they made it our problem even though their restaurant screwed up. Overall an unacceptable experience, will not be back anytime soon if at all.
